1. Baby Jogger City Tour 2 Double
The City Tour 2 Double is the smallest double stroller within the Baby Jogger range. It is designed for travel, and fits through standard doorways easily with its slim and compact design. It's also among the lightest double buggies you can find with a weight of just 14lbs when folded. It's perfect for traveling with a newborn and toddler because you won't be able to exceed the allowances for luggage on airlines. It folds down to the size of a travel bag so that you can put it away in the back of your car when it's not being used.
It's simple to fold the Z-shape by using one hand. Once you get used to it, it is compact and can be folded in a matter of seconds. However our tester found the auto lock to be a bit confusing and as the handlebar isn't locked into position when you press it, it struck her legs when she used it. She also thought the handlebar was on the shorter side. This is particularly true when a large changing bag is hanging from it.
As opposed to other light travel buggies, this doesn't skimp on features and is among the most feature-packed double strollers available. It can be used with two carrycots (available separately) It also has multiple recline positions, and an UV 50+ canopy. You can even add an additional bassinet to one or both seats to transform it into a travel set-up.
The four rubber composite tires are great for pavements and urban terrain. However, they are not made for off-roading. They had a hard time with long grass and gravel and there wasn't enough clearance between the wheel bracket and wheel and mud sank easily. Our testers loved this buggy, and it was able to climb pretty dirt hills.

They also appreciated that the hoods could be moved back and forward, which made them easier to adjust in the sun or for wind protection. Our testers did discover however that they didn't provide an extensive amount of coverage as similar to the Baby Jogger City Mini hoods and it's worthwhile to pack a rain cover to be prepared in the event of.

Overall, our test participants loved the way that the Nipper Double allowed them to take their twins Sydney and Lyla to all sorts of adventures, from spotting wildlife in the woods to rushing to the park for a quick playdate.
